- Navigator is producing a series of comic books for the International Labour Organisation (Geneva, Switzerland) – Living in Phnom Penh: A resource guide for garment workers. Developed with Better Factories Cambodia together with its Social Protection and Gender Project – this unique comic book project is designed to provide opportunities for learning for young labour market entrants in general, and in particular the vulnerable young women who express the intention to leave their home villages in search of economic opportunities, particularly in garment factories. The comic book guide aims to provide garment workers with the basic essential information for them to know about their rights and responsibilities at work and to remain safe while they are living and working in Phnom Penh.
